Shipping Method

We ship all orders across Pakistan using Courier Services.

We use trusted courier partners including:

  • TCS Courier

  • Leopards Courier

  • M&P Courier

  • CallCourier

  • Other trusted local delivery partners


Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery Coverage: All major cities and most areas of Pakistan

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (may vary depending on location)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid phone number.

  • Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery to the courier rider.

  • Digi Dukaan will collect the payment on our behalf.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, it will be handed over to Digi Dukaan for delivery.

  • During sales or busy periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

  • If a customer refuses or fails to receive the order, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping may require advance payment or additional shipping charges.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
