Delivery coverage
Hum Pakistan ke major cities aur most areas mein courier delivery arrange karte hain. Complete address, city aur active phone number dein. Courier coverage ya address ki problem ho to team aap se contact karegi.
Processing aur delivery estimates
Order/payment confirmation ke baad standard processing approximately 1–2 business days hai, Sunday aur public holidays ke ilawa. Dispatch ke baad major cities mein approximately 2–4 business days aur other areas mein 3–6 business days lag sakte hain. Ye estimates hain; courier delays, holidays aur weather se time badal sakta hai.
Stitched ya pre-order items ko additional preparation time chahiye. Team se expected dispatch time confirm karein. Tailoring payment confirm hone ke baad shuru hoti hai.
Payment aur delivery charges
- Unstitched COD: cash on delivery available, delivery Rs.249 per item.
- Manual online payment: full advance bank transfer/available account ke through, free delivery. Transaction reference actual transfer se manually verify hota hai.
- Stitched items: 100% advance online payment; COD available nahi.
Checkout order ka final total dikhata hai. 3 ya zyada items par products ke subtotal se 10% discount apply hota hai.
Delivery issue
Wrong, missing ya damaged item par delivery ke 24 hours ke andar order number aur photos ke saath contact karein. Refused/unclaimed parcel ki re-shipping ke liye advance payment ya additional courier charges ki zaroorat ho sakti hai; team pehle details confirm karegi. Returns & refunds ki conditions dekhein.
