How to Track a Courier Order in Pakistan
By Daily Outfitter · · Updated
Once your order leaves the seller, the most useful thing you can have is a tracking number. It tells you where your parcel is, whether it is on schedule and when to expect the rider. This guide explains how courier tracking in Pakistan works, how to read the status updates and what to do if your parcel seems stuck.
Quick answer: how do you track a courier order?
- Get your tracking (consignment) number from the seller.
- Open the website or app of the courier handling your parcel (TCS, Leopards, M&P or CallCourier).
- Enter the tracking number in the tracking box.
- Read the latest status and the location of the last scan.
- If nothing changes for several working days, message the seller with your tracking number.
Where do you find your tracking number?
Your tracking number is created once the courier scans your parcel at pickup, not the moment you place your order. So it is normal to wait a short time after confirmation before you receive it. Daily Outfitter shares your tracking number once your parcel is booked with the courier. If you have not received it and your order was confirmed more than a couple of working days ago, message us on WhatsApp and we will check for you.
What do common tracking statuses mean?
- Booked / Shipment created — the courier has the order details, but the parcel may not have been picked up yet.
- Picked up / Received at origin — the parcel is with the courier and on its way to a sorting hub.
- In transit / Departed hub — the parcel is moving between cities.
- Arrived at destination / Out for delivery — the parcel is in your city and a rider has it. Keep your phone nearby.
- Delivered — the parcel was handed over and payment was collected for COD orders.
- Delivery attempted / Consignee not available — the rider could not reach you. Call the courier or message us to reschedule.
- Returned to shipper — the parcel is heading back to the seller after failed attempts.
Why does tracking sometimes not update for a day or two?
Tracking updates only appear when a parcel is scanned. If it is on a truck or a flight between cities, there may be no new scan until it reaches the next hub. A gap of a day or two, especially over weekends and public holidays, is usually normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. Sundays and public holidays are generally not counted as working days for delivery timelines.
What should you do if your parcel seems stuck?
- Wait one to two working days after the last update before worrying.
- Check the courier's official tracking page again, since third-party pages can lag behind.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your tracking number and we will follow up with the courier directly.
- Make sure your phone is on and your address is complete, since riders often call before arriving.
How can you avoid a missed delivery?
Give a complete address with a nearby landmark, keep your phone reachable during the delivery window and, if you will be away, ask a family member to receive the parcel with the exact cash amount ready. A missed first attempt is the most common reason a parcel takes longer than expected. Read our guides on how Cash on Delivery works and courier delivery times in Pakistan for more.

Frequently asked questions
How long after ordering do I get a tracking number?
Usually after the parcel has been booked and picked up by the courier, which typically happens within a working day or two of order confirmation.
Which website do I use to track my parcel?
Use the tracking page of the courier named in your message. Each courier, including TCS, Leopards, M&P and CallCourier, has its own tracking page that accepts your consignment number.
Why does my tracking page show no information?
The number may have been sent before the courier finished scanning your parcel, or it may have been typed with a mistake. Wait a few hours, then recheck the number carefully.
